Platinum Contributor PLUS

$125,000 CAD to $149,999 CAD

  • Table top in the coffee break/lunch area to interact with delegates and display your products and/or services

$100,000 CAD to $124,999 CAD

  • Opportunity to organize a 45-minute Satellite Symposium (see contribution form for available windows)

  • Your Satellite Symposium announced in a program remitted onsite
  • 6 entrances for your Satellite Symposium only

Terms and Conditions

 

45-Minute Satellite Symposia

With a minimum grant of $100,000, contributors are offered the opportunity of presenting a satellite symposium, held outside of the core scientific program, in one of four different time slots on Thursday or Friday. Your symposium will be listed in a separate program remitted on site. Each company is responsible for its own symposium costs as well as for invitations and additional mailings.

 

Places are limited. To request a window, please complete and return the contribution form at your earliest convenience. The Organizing Committee will make its selection based on contribution level, academic criteria and fair rotation amongst contributors.

 

Academic and Industry Buzz Presentations

With a minimum grant of $50,000, the Academic and Industry Buzz offers you a limited number of 12-minute windows to go on stage and address delegates directly, on Thursday and Friday between 13:00 and 14:00. Presentation topics must be pre-approved.

 

Places are limited. To secure your place complete and return the contribution form at your earliest convenience.

 

Special Conditions

  • Complimentary Registrations: the Symposium will pay registration fees only. Each company is responsible for hotel and airfare fees.
  • Final Program: your company logo must be received prior to April 30, 2015 in order to appear in the final program.
  • Satellite Symposia/ Academic and Industry Buzz Program: Your company logo must be received prior to April 30, 2015 to appear in the Satellite Symposium and an Academic and Industry Buzz promotional document.

 

Partners Collaboration

In the past, it was implied that partners could not offer parallel activities during the scientific program and that included Satellite Symposia. The Organizing Committee works hard to gather key players in the field of cardiology and we appreciate that our partners do not solicit the same restricted pool of cardiologists during that time. We hope that you benefit from the Montreal Cardiology Symposium and that, if you wish to maximize your implication and visibility, you do it with us and not to the detriment of other partners and the main Symposium. We ask that you respect this code of

ethics so we can preserve the healthy climate we have been privileged to have so far. We thank you in advance for your usual collaboration.

 

Payment Instructions and Schedule

Upon confirmation: please send your cheque for 50% of total contribution with a copy of this form.

The remaining 50% must be received at the latest on March 16, 2015.
